Service Description
Travel through Rovaniemi's unique landmarks and attractions. During the adventure, you will experience Rovaniemi's nature, culture and local delicacies, as well as solve puzzles, complete fun tasks and activities and learn new things about the city. The adventure is suitable for both locals looking for things to do with friends and family or even alone, and for tourists. The adventure is available in Finnish and English. The game costs €49.99/person. The price of the adventure includes: 1x treat 1x adventure reward activities, puzzles and tasks You should have: 1. A working phone and internet connection. The phone must be able to use Google Maps and Google search, you must have a Google account and the ability to take pictures and send them via WhatsApp. 2. Willingness to walk outside and weather-appropriate equipment 3. Adventurous A maximum of 4 hours is reserved for the adventure. Please note that the adventure is completed at your own pace without a guide. If you want to make it to all the checkpoints and receive the final prize, please monitor your time usage yourself. After receiving a new location in the game, go directly to the given destination and go to the counter or cashier, unless otherwise instructed. Show the customer service representative your reservation confirmation for the adventure. At the locations, you can always ask for help from the customer service representatives. They have been instructed to help. Recommended for ages 15 and up. Under 15s accompanied by an adult. A maximum of 5 people can participate in the adventure at a time. The adventure is available on Saturdays from 12 noon to 4 pm. Payment and cancellation terms: The reservation is paid for at the time of booking. The reservation is binding and cannot be canceled.

Booking Policy
Booking The booking is binding when the payment has been made and the customer has received a booking confirmation by email. Payment The service is paid in full in connection with the booking in the online store. Cancellations and changes This is a leisure service that can be booked for a specific day. The 14-day right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to such services when the service is booked for a specific day or period. The booking is binding and cannot be cancelled or changed after the booking has been confirmed. The payment made is not refundable unless other mandatory legislation can be invoked. Participation The adventure is carried out independently without a guide. The escape room game is carried out under supervision. The participant must have: - a smartphone with internet access - Google credentials - the ability to use Google Maps and Google search - the ability to take photos and send them via WhatsApp The customer is responsible for ensuring that the phone, internet connection and necessary services are working during the adventure. Age limit The adventure is recommended for people over 15 years old. Those under 15 years old can participate accompanied by an adult. Completing the adventure A maximum of four hours is reserved for the adventure. The adventure is played at your own pace on Saturdays from 12:00 to 16:00. If the goal is to complete all six objectives and receive the final prize, participants must take care of their own time management. Weather conditions The adventure will normally be organized regardless of the weather. Participants should prepare with weather-appropriate clothing. If the adventure cannot be organized due to exceptional or dangerous weather conditions, the service provider will notify you as soon as possible and, if possible, offer a new time or refund the payment. Liability Participants participate in the adventure at their own risk and undertake to comply with traffic rules and other applicable laws and regulations. The service provider is not liable for damages resulting from the participant's own negligence, actions contrary to instructions, or malfunction of the device or internet connection used by the participant. Service changes The service provider reserves the right to make minor changes to the adventure content or route if necessary to implement the service or ensure safety.
