Booking A booking is binding when payment has been made and the customer has received a booking confirmation by email. Payment The service is paid in full in connection with the booking in the online store. Cancellations and changes This is a leisure service that can be booked for a specific day and time. The 14-day right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to such services when the service is booked for a specific day or period. The booking is binding and cannot be cancelled or changed after the booking has been confirmed. The payment made is not refundable, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legislation. Participation The escape room game is played under supervision according to the game leader's instructions. Participants must arrive well in advance of the booked game time. Being late may shorten the game time or prevent participation without the right to a refund. Age limit Service-specific age limits and participation requirements are stated in the service description. Minors may participate accompanied by an adult in accordance with the service-specific instructions. Safety Participants must follow the instructions given by the game host throughout the game. If a participant acts in violation of the safety instructions or endangers the safety of others, the service provider has the right to suspend participation without the right to compensation. Liability Participants participate in the service at their own risk. The service provider is not liable for damages resulting from the participant's own negligence, actions contrary to the instructions, or loss or damage to personal belongings. Service changes The service provider reserves the right to make minor changes to the content or implementation of the game, if necessary to implement the service or ensure safety. If the game has to be canceled for reasons attributable to the service provider, the customer will be offered a new playing time or the payment will be refunded, if possible.
